PACKET PICK UP                                                                            

::: REQUIREMENTS :::

1. All athletes are required to pick-up their race packets during the Packet Pick-up times above. We strongly recommend you pick your packet up before race morning. 
2. Athletes may only pick up their own packets.
3. All relay members must be present to receive the packet.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Photo ID*
• Annual USAT members: current USAT membership card**
• One-Day USAT permit: this was included in your registration fee

*ALL athletes are required to show photo ID, including relay participants. NO EXCEPTIONS. Youth athletes without an ID must be accompanied by a parent/guardian with a photo ID. 
 If an athlete does not bring a photo ID for packet pick-up they have three options:
     1. Go home to get it
     2.  Have someone e-mail or fax them a copy of their photo ID
     3. Pick up packet on race day between the hours of 5am-6:15am

**USAT Annual members are required to bring their membership card to compete in a USAT sanctioned event. For lost cards, you can download and print out a temporary one by logging into their membership account at www.usatriathlon.org. If an athlete does not bring their USAT membership card to packet pickup they have four options:      
     1. Go home to get it
     2.  Find Internet access where a temporary card can be printed
     3.  Pull it up on their smart phone
     4.  Purchase a one-day membership for $15 which can later be applied to a membership renewal by submitting a receipt of purchase. Athletes that need to purchase a one-day membership must sign the USAT waiver if it was not included on the event registration form or process. Annual members do not have to sign a waiver at packet pickup because they already signed it when they applied to become an annual member.

Free Services Offered – Tire inflation and tire related repairs, minor tuning and small adjustments.


$50 Pre-Race Full Service Tune Up – Perfect Braking, Shifting, Bike Wash, Drive Train lube and clean, bolt torque and safety check. 

Drop bike off at the Endurance House of Delafield tent during Saturday’s race expo and your bike will be waiting for you and ready to go in the transition area race morning!  Please Note: Repairs beyond free services will require $50 service package.  To schedule in advance call the Endurance House of Delafield directly (262) 646-7308 or online by clicking here.

Wetsuit Rental Program

Wetsuits can be reserved by calling the Endurance House of Delafield directly (262) 646-7308 or by clicking here.  Please call with your height and weight numbers ready to share and be sure you mention this is for your race!  An associate will get you set up with the correct suit for you, and that suit will be available for pickup at Saturday’s race expo at the Endurance House Tent.  Rental Fee - $40

Zipp Wheel Rental Program

Zipp 404 Carbon Race Wheels are available for rent for both rim and disc brake bikes.  Wheel rental price includes install and removal of wheels and cassette.  There are a limited amount of wheel sets available on a first come first served basis.  To reserve wheels, call Endurance House of Delafield directly at (262) 646-7308.  Wheels will be installed on site the day before the race and removed post-race on site.  Rental Fee - $150 (a deposit is required).
